That's why we offer a straightforward return and exchange policy for new, unworn merchandise within 30 days of receiving your product. Below, we've compiled some frequently asked questions to guide you through the process:
Returns
Initiating a return or exchange is simple. Please reach out to us at returns@hausofdivinity.com, and our dedicated team will guide you through the process.
Our 30-day returns provide you with the flexibility to return or exchange your item for reasons such as a change of heart or if the product arrives damaged.
On the other hand, our 6-month warranty guarantees the lasting quality of our products for at least six months. If you encounter quality issues beyond the initial 30 days (excluding normal wear and tear), we will replace your damaged item at no additional cost.
*Please note that for international orders, customers are responsible for return shipping fees, which will be charged at the standard carrier rate.
Yes, all returned items are subject to inspection. In the event that an item does not meet our return criteria, it will be shipped back to you at your expense.
Once we receive your returned item, our team will review it within 72 business hours and either approve or deny the return. Upon approval, we will process the refund within 48 hours.
Most new, unworn merchandise is eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your product. However, certain items may be excluded, such as personalized or customized jewelry. Please review our specific product listings or contact our customer support team for clarification on eligibility.
When returning an item, be sure to include the item itself, any original packaging, a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip, and a brief note explaining the reason for the return.
Refund
We will process your refund to your original payment method, with the exception of outbound shipping fees (non-refundable) and the prepaid return label fee (if applicable). Please note that refunds can only be issued to the original purchaser's payment method on file with us.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, kindly contact us at returns@hausofdivinity.com. Be sure to include the following information:
- Your order number or the email address used to place the order.
- Details of the item you wish to return and the replacement piece you'd like to receive.
Our team will respond with detailed instructions within 48-72 hours on business days.*
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at returns@hausofdivinity.com. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and provide instructions for returning the damaged item.
If you are located within the United States, we offer free return shipping for items you wish to exchange.
However, if you are an international customer, the cost of shipping for the exchange will be the responsibility of the buyer.
